The Rushcliffe 200 Club is an exclusive fundraising competition supporting the work of the Rushcliffe Conservative Association. Open to just 200 members, it offers a fantastic way to show your support while enjoying the chance to win generous cash prizes — with two draws each year awarding £500, £200, and £100. Membership is just £40 annually and includes invitations to two social events, providing excellent networking and community engagement opportunities. Rules of the 200 Club Competition
1. Name
The name of the competition is the Rushcliffe 200 Club Competition, organized by the Rushcliffe Conservative Association, based at Rushcliffe House, 17/19 Rectory Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham (hereafter referred to as "the Competition").
2. Purpose
The purpose of the Competition is to raise funds for the Rushcliffe Conservative Association and its political campaigns.
3. Membership
- Membership is limited to a maximum of 200 individuals aged 18 or over.
- Members may or may not be affiliated with the Conservative Party.
- The annual subscription is £40, payable by standing order, direct debit, cheque, or cash at the start of each Competition year (1st August).
- Members who fall two weeks or more in arrears will forfeit their membership and any associated interest in the Competition.
- Each member will be assigned a unique number upon joining, which will remain unchanged. Members will be notified of their number upon registration.
- To withdraw from the Competition, members must provide 12 months’ notice in writing.
4. Draws
- Two draws will be held annually, either during an event hosted by the Competition, an Executive Committee meeting, or another social event hosted by Rushcliffe Conservative Association.
- Each member will be invited to attend up to two annual events hosted by the Competition and may bring a guest for an additional fee.
- During each draw, three prizes will be awarded:
- First Prize: £500
- Second Prize: £200
- Third Prize: £100
5. Rules and Decisions
- The Rushcliffe Conservative Association’s Executive Committee reserves the right to make final decisions on any matters requiring adjudication.
- The Executive Committee may amend or revoke these rules at its absolute discretion.
