Debbie Soloman has been the Chairman of Rushcliffe Conservative Association (RCA) since 2023 and has been re-elected for a third term for 2025/26. Debbie was elected as Cllr for Newton Ward on Rushcliffe Borough Council in May 2023. She was previously Deputy Chairman Membership of RCA and Chairman of Rushcliffe's successful Conservative Policy Forum.

Debbie also stood as a Parliamentary Candidate in 2024.
